Andrew Harris, a renowned hang gliding instructor, entrepreneur, and real estate partner, has a fascinating background full of excitement and diverse experiences. Born in Huntington Beach, California, Andrew grew up in Richmond, Virginia, where he went to Douglas Southall Freeman High School before attending the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating with a double major in Philosophy & Sociology, he moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and became a hang gliding instructor for Kitty Hawk Kites.

Andrew's passion for hang gliding took him all over the US and as far as Costa Rica, Brazil, New Zealand, and beyond. He became a nationally recognized hang gliding instructor, holding the highest ratings possible in the United States Hang Gliding Association, and managed two different world hang gliding championships in 2004 and 2005.

In 2006, Andrew moved to Charleston and opened Café Medley on Sullivan's Island with his wife. They continue to own and operate Café Medley, while Andrew also works as a partner and owner of Drew Harris Real Estate. Throughout his professional journey, Andrew has gained expertise in small company growth, cash flow management, wine sales and marketing, personnel management, and product development.
