He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, Marketing, and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Butcher is a hardworking individual who has demonstrated loyalty and dedication throughout his career.

His experience includes serving as a Campaign Manager for Jimmy Matlock for Congress, where he managed the day-to-day operations, messaging, and strategic planning for the candidate's successful campaign. Butcher has also worked as a Field Director and Senior Field Associate for Americans for Prosperity, where he trained and managed teams of advocates to advance conservative policies and influence public opinion.

Butcher has also excelled in digital strategy roles, serving as Director of Accounts and Account Executive for Harris Media LLC, a digital consulting firm that specializes in political campaigns. Currently, he is the Digital Communications Manager at Stand Together, a nonprofit organization that advocates for policies that promote individual freedom.

As a Tennessee State Campus Leader for Jeb 2016, Butcher demonstrated his passion for politics and advocacy work. He has also interned for Congressman Phil Roe and worked as a Campaign Intern for Weston Wamp for Congress.
