Ashley Syer is a lawyer and mediator based in British Columbia with a passion for helping clients resolve disputes through mediation and alternative methods. With experience in employment law, commercial litigation, and administrative law, Ashley takes a client-focused approach to each file and is dedicated to finding practical solutions. She completed her J.D. at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and has also studied at Harvard Law School. Ashley is a qualified mediator, holding the RRM designation from Mediate BC, and is a member of the ADR Institute of British Columbia. She is a former part-time Tribunal Member at the Civil Resolution Tribunal and regularly volunteers with Access Pro Bono's Civil Chambers program.
