Ricardo Lago is an expert in advising companies and governments on investments and finance, managing national and international investments, dealing with credit rating agencies, and macroeconomic policy. He has worked for various organizations, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, InterAmerican Development Bank, and The World Bank. Ricardo has also served as the Director of Economic Policy at Secretaria de Hacienda y Crredito Publico de Mexico and was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Universidad del Pais Vasco, Spain. He possesses a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidad del Pais Vasco, Spain, and has studied Master and Doctoral Studies in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is available for conference lecturing, consultancy services, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
