Raised in Portugal and educated in Europe, he has held leadership positions in consulting, telecommunications, and internet sectors. Currently based in Silicon Valley, Franco has spent the last nine years spearheading the internationalization efforts of a SaaS company, leading teams from various countries, and building customer engagement and support operations worldwide.
