Rich Williams is a multi-talented professional who has had the opportunity to work in several industries since the 1980s. Williams started his career working in the Building and Surveying industry before moving to Treasury Management, where he worked between the UK Treasury and a large QUANGO with over 6,000 staff, managing their budget. Williams also has experience in the financial, historical, military, home counties, political, entertainment, media, internet, art, and gaming industries. His passion for gaming has led him to help others make better games, allowing him to use his knowledge gained from past experiences. Williams is an accomplished individual with an extensive educational background, which includes BSc in The Built Environment, Surveying Technology/Surveying at the University of Wales, Newport, and post-graduate studies in Business Accounting, Business Management, and Financial Management at the University of Gloucestershire.

Currently, Williams is the Managing Director of Bear Hobbies Un Limited, and previously, he worked as Quantity Surveyor at RICS and head bear or senior Youtube editor at Gaming Bear Marketing at Gaming Bear Marketing.
