Her extensive experience includes working with warehousing, planning, forward and reverse logistics, and implementing and managing 3PL services, as well as leading multiple IT projects. Her educational background includes a cand.merc degree from Copenhagen Business School and other certifications in ITIL Foundation, PMP, and Global Mindset. Britta's accomplishments include restructuring total Supply Chain systems within short periods of time, creating excellent performing Fulfillment, and Aftermarket Service departments. Britta is currently the Director of Aftermarket Services at Jabra and previously served the company as the Head of Aftermarket Services. Prior to joining Jabra, she was the Global Service Manager and Global AMS Manager at GN Netcom, where she was responsible for leading the company's regional Fulfillment and Planning operations across EMEA, APAC, and CALA regions.
