Giselle Poss is a research-focused, technical sourcer and recruiter with a passion for diversity and inclusion. With experience in both corporate and agency settings, Poss started her career as a sourcing lead at a staffing startup before moving to Rally Health, a digital healthcare company. Her task at Rally Health was to build out the technical sourcing function. As a skilled sourcer and recruiter, Poss believes in owning her workflow, advocating for qualified candidates, and setting process expectations for hiring managers. She is dedicated to providing an excellent candidate experience and is proud of her Gallup CliftonStrengths top 5 strengths: Input, Context, Learner, Intellection, and Achiever. With a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Vanderbilt University, Poss has a solid foundation in understanding human behavior. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is also a proud golden retriever mom.
