Damon Clement is an electrical industry veteran with over two decades of experience. He started working in the field in 1999 and completed his apprenticeship six years later in 2005. After a successful run as an owner and president of CES Electrical Contracting, LLC, he moved on to teaching. He began teaching at Sinclair Community College in 2008 where he has been teaching electrical trades and construction management at the college level to date. Damon is described as a passionate teacher who loves passing along a trade that can open many doors for his students. Damon is a graduate of Kaplan University where he pursued a Masters in Business Administration and Wright State University where he studied BS in Organizational Leadership.
