For the past decade organizations have implemented automation to reduce administrative tasks and create process efficiency.

Unfortunately, this progress has been limited to processes that run internally.

As soon as organizations need to collaborate on a process outside its own organization - they have to rely on ancient methods like sending emails, fax or letters. The problem with these forms of communication is that they produce unstructured data which is very hard to automate.

We could solve this by switching to a centralized system.
