Jacqui Carmona

Jacqui Carmona is a governmental consultant at Rubin, Turnbull & Associates, where she heads the firm's new Miami-Dade local county and municipal lobbying division.

Previously, she held the position of Political Director at AFSCME FL, a prominent union in Florida representing over 100,000 members and known for its political effectiveness and rapid growth.

During her time at AFSCME FL, Jacqui worked as an in-house lobbyist at various government levels, dealing with entities such as the Governor, state legislature, local commissions, city councils, and school boards.

She not only lobbied for AFSCME members but also provided strategic political counsel, involving herself in campaigns for different political parties and managing independent expenditure campaigns.

Education-wise, Jacqui Carmona has studied Executives in State & Local Government at Harvard Kennedy School and Global Leadership at St. Thomas University.
