Leandro Py is a successful sales professional with a background in agronomy. He studied at the Universidade Federal de Pelotas for his bachelor's degree in Agronomy and later completed his Master of Business Administration in Sales Management and Business at the Fundacao Universidade Regional de Blumenau.

Py's impressive career includes working at FMC Corporation and Monsanto Company, where he has held positions as a Territory Sales Representative and a Technical Tour Representative, respectively. He was also a Sales Representative at FMC Corporation, where he represented the company as a vendor. After a change in management in 2009, Py faced his greatest challenge and nearly lost his job, but he didn't give up. Instead, he used this experience as motivation to improve his business abilities, and two years later, he earned the Global Master Sales Award.

Py understands that challenges and obstacles must be conquered to grow and achieve results. He believes in staying face-to-face with challenges and difficulties and using them to improve business abilities.
