At present, she works as a Production HR Generalist - APAC at Netflix. She has held various leadership roles in her career, including a stint as Lead - Digital HR Transformation at OYO. Before that, she was Senior Manager - Change Management at OYO and Lead - Compensation & HRBP - Global Operations at GreyOrange. She has also worked at Reliance Industries Limited, Aon, Schneider Electric, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, and Samsung Electronics in different roles.
