Providing end user support to all subsidiaries and associated companies across the entire Group• Provide mentoring and guidance for junior team member• Ability to communicate information to a wide variety of people in various ways and working with people at a number of different levels within the organization• Experienced working in multi-platform environment including OSX and Windows• Participating in the development of processes, policies, documentation and procedures within the remit of the service delivery team• Liaising and maintaining good relationship with 3rd party suppliers• Providing support to remote sites worldwide from email issues to vpn and connections connectivity
