Henrique studied International Business and Ancient History, Biology, Chemistry, English Literature, Portuguese, and Spanish at Royal Grammar School - High Wycombe. He founded HC3, a company that provides consulting and training services on agile practices, innovation, and process improvement. He worked as an Associate Consultant at ILX Group, Learning Tree International, QA Ltd, The Knowledge Academy, and RARO Project Training Center. He was the Subject Matter Expert for translations at AXELOS Global Best Practice and worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Enzen.

Henrique is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others and has served as an International Business Trainer, Project Manager, and Business Trainee Coordinator at APMG-International. He is also a creative producer and musician, bringing a creative and adaptive approach to his work.
