Matthew Fairshter is a seasoned business consultant and strategic advisor, specializing in growth agendas and reorganization programs. He is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Insigniant Access and was formerly managing partner of Invalesco International. Fairshter's expertise lies in developing and refining business solutions for small and medium enterprises, specifically in the industries of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (food and beverage), Consumer products and services (sold through any retail channel), Food Service, and Agriculture. He has also served in leadership positions in various organizations, including the Business Alliance and International Committees at City Club LA and Naturalmente Nuestros SA de CV as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder.
