Dustin Valerius is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in resource development, program management, and policy analysis. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in public policy from Baylor University, with a focus on nonprofit management, education policy, and welfare reform initiatives. Valerius started his career at several policy think tanks in Washington, D.C., specializing in research and analysis related to criminal justice, family, culture, and education. He then shifted his focus to management and fundraising within the nonprofit sector, serving as a director of development and marketing, education policy analyst, graduate assistant, and major gifts officer at various organizations across the US. In 2020, Valerius co-founded a consulting organization that offers unique solutions to modern human resource challenges.
