Joe Ray is a highly experienced Investment Management and Trust Management professional with over thirty years of experience. He has been a fiduciary for most of his career and has built and developed Portfolio Management groups, including asset allocation decision making, due diligence duties, and implementation of asset management strategies. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

Joe is currently the Manager of the Oklahoma City Region at Trust Company of Oklahoma, where he strives for complete customer satisfaction by helping them meet the diverse and intricate challenges that face the affluent and emerging affluent members of the communities they serve. He hires the most talented people in the industry and provides them with the resources and support necessary to make them the best they can be.

Joe has served in various prominent positions in organizations. He was formerly a Board Member of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association and VP, Board Member at CATHOLIC FOUNDATION OF OKLAHOMA INC. He was also the Board President at Sunbeam Family Services and Managing Director, The Private Bank at Bank of Oklahoma, where he was responsible for SVP - Mgr. Portfolio Management Group.
