Jennifer Crosby is a strategic and transformative leader with over two decades of experience in human resources and community engagement. With a 4.0 GPA in Continuing Education and Public Administration from Portland State University, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Oregon, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her roles. Crosby has previously served as Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Engagement at Scripps Research and as Director of Research and Academic HR Team at OHSU. Currently, she is the Vice President of Human Resources at Gladstone Institutes, where she leads HR initiatives and drives organizational excellence. Crosby firmly believes in the power of collaboration and communication to achieve success and is adept in relationship-building both internally and externally.
