Daisuke Kajihara is a seasoned scientist with a background in Bio Organic Chemistry, having earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and 修士 degrees from the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology at Okayama University. He is currently working at Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. as a Scientist, and has previously held leadership positions at Ge Healthcare and Cytiva.

At Ge Healthcare, Daisuke held various roles such as Manager of Lab Products Application, Bioprocess Application, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Bioprocess Business Promotion. He was also part of the Rise Leadership Program, where he honed his skills in a leadership capacity. At Cytiva, he worked as the Director of Enterprise Solutions Japan, lending his expertise in the field of life sciences.
