LOONIS Julien

Julien Loonis is an experienced Technical Architect with over 10 years of expertise in the Integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Loonis has worked on dozens of projects across various industries, including distribution, banking, insurance, and legal services, among others, which have honed his skills in different aspects of CRM, such as salesforce, marketing, and customer retention, leading to vast knowledge in related domains.

Loonis has a Master's degree in Network & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Avignon and Pays de Vaucluse, an Equivalence License from the University of Quebec, and a DUT in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Joseph Fourier.

Over the years, Julien has progressed up the career ranks, having worked in several prominent companies such as Modis France, CGI en France, and Logica, among others. He has also created CRM development and integration environments for cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, which is now utilized by over 30 CRM team members and has 15 VMs/Servers for multiple project needs.

Julien Loonis is passionate about his work and has earned recognition for his ability to oversee and manage multiple CRM projects, work with clients and develop cost-effective and efficient solutions that meet their needs. Loonis also offers CRM training for both internal and external stakeholders as a way of sharing knowledge and expertise with other professionals.
