Stephen Clarke is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the renewable energy, aerospace, and automotive industries. Clarke has played a pivotal role in developing and commercializing disruptive technologies. He is known for his ability to identify unmet needs, build successful business development teams, and raise investment to secure IPOs. Clarke is also an expert in shaping renewable energy policy and legislation, including California's Energy Storage Mandate (AB 2514). Clarke has advised various government agencies, including DOE, DOD, and FERC, and currently consults for multiple international businesses.

Before starting his own businesses, Clarke held numerous substantive roles in manufacturing management, management consulting, and manufacturing automation. He possesses a PhD in business modeling and enterprise management, an MBA, and a BSc in mechanical and aerospace engineering.
