Scott Cornish is a seasoned quality professional with extensive experience in using Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to deliver breakthrough results in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and service processes. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE), with a passion for improving and optimizing processes in organizations of all sizes.

Scott has led and supported strategic and tactical cross-functional Six Sigma and continuous improvement programs and projects in various industries. His expertise includes IT infrastructure, service operations, and multi-location manufacturing facilities, among others. He also provides continuous improvement leadership by coaching and mentoring staff members and training Six Sigma black and green belt candidates.

In addition to his quality management experience, Scott has a strong background in large and small production and manufacturing operations, including day-to-day management, budgeting, and staffing. He has worked in various organizations, including Cooper University Health Care, DXC Technology, and The New York Times.

Scott holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark, a Bachelor of Science in Printing from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Advanced Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
