Brooks McChesney is a seasoned C-level management executive, serial entrepreneur, and business coach with a wealth of experience in developing market-based competitive advantage in emerging technology markets. He has a proven track record of success in managing for growth, with emphasis on corporate planning, direct and indirect sales, development and implementation of channel strategies, and management of critical partnerships based on defined goals. His achievements include securing Federal grants and appropriations and serving on the board of several tech organizations and foundations.

McChesney's diverse experience in the tech industry encompasses roles as Managing Director at SmartWare, Vice President Marketing / Business Development / Sales at Bizfinity, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Intel Corporation. He has also been an advisory board member at several tech organizations and foundations including CleanTech Open, Marina Business Cluster, and CSUMB Institute for Innovation & Economic Development. McChesney has served as a judge for the Monterey Bay Regional Business Plan Competitions for a decade and was a founding board member for the SOSSEC Consortium.

He holds advisory and board positions in various tech organizations, including The San Jose Software Business Cluster, The Enterprise Network, The NASA Ames Technology Commercialization Center, and YoDerm. McChesney is also a well-known board member of Carmel Honey Company and serves as Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee for the Monterey Museum of Art.
