Meet Nilay Gupta, an accomplished analytics professional with a background in Mining Engineering and Earth Sciences. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, Nilay underwent vocational training at Opencast Mine of Tata Steel Limited, West Bokaro Division. He later went on to work with Tata Steel as a Summer Intern.

Nilay's career took a turn when he transitioned into the Analytics field, working at Mu Sigma as a Business Analyst and then at Encore Capital Group as a Sr. Analyst. He currently holds the position of Manager, Analytics at Encore Capital Group, where he brings his analytical expertise to the table.
