Charles Moreton is a seasoned sales leader and co-founder of Win Spectrum. With over two decades of experience, Charles has worked with notable companies such as Amazon, CA Tech, Funraise, Apttus, Aviso, and Vista Equity Companies. He offers interim sales leadership to organizations that seek to manage or build a team without spending on a full-time leader. As an exec advisor, Charles provides guidance to help teams make better strategic decisions. Charles attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and Stanford University, where he studied General Studies.
Charles has held several leadership positions throughout his career, from being the executive vice president of sales at Funraise to the chief revenue officer at Videolicious, where he led sales, customer success, and support. He has also worked as the CRO and head of sales at Aviso Inc and RVP Global Sales - Advanced Solutions at Apttus. Additionally, he has worked with Saba Software as an enterprise sales representative and held mid-enterprise sales executive and national director of outreach and sales development roles. Furthermore, Charles has experience in software escrow sales, strategic partnerships, and government contracts management.
As a co-founder of Win Spectrum, he helps companies train and develop their teams in skills needed for more revenue. Charles has been a member of Revenue Collective and a founding partner at Equity Space Lending. He started his professional career as a department manager at Macy’s West, and later worked with American Eagle Outfitters as a lead sales associate. Charles Moreton's professional experience and leadership skills have guided many organizations to achieve their revenue targets.
