Throughout his career, Maxim has established a strong origination, equity capital, and debt providers' networks. He has also gained in-depth experience in several sectors, including ESG, natural resources, alternative investment funds, fintech, and TMT. Before serving as the Managing Partner at Finles Capital, he held various senior management roles in different organizations, including Graas Management, Waarde Capital, Russian Venture Capital Regional Fund, MTEL, Inc, OJSC Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT), and UralNefteCom.
