Blanca Baez is a versatile business leader with extensive experience in strategy and execution in various industries. Her 20 years of professional experience spans the fields of consulting, FMCG, government, agri-biotech, and education, but she has specialized in pharma, biotech, and healthcare for the past 12 years. Blanca is an expert in generating and executing strategies for introducing new technologies to established markets, increasing competitiveness, accelerating revenue growth, and identifying successful monetization strategies. Her previous role as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Development at Molecular Health GmbH allowed her to create and lead a new business unit that leverages data science technology to offer in silico and artificial intelligence solutions for drug R&D and commercialization. She has worked across various geographies, held global, regional, and local roles, and collaborated with multi-cultural and multi-discipline teams.
