Chris Brown, a Certified Financial Planner(CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst(CIMA®) with over 26 years of experience working as a financial advisor, has established himself as the founder of Brown Miller Wealth Management. The company was the part of Wells Fargo Advisors but later became an independent registered investment advisory firm. Brown is highly experienced in providing financial services to high net worth clients, businesses, endowments, and foundations. He aims to provide an exceptional fiduciary experience for his clients.

Chris grew up in a family dedicated to professional investment management, and he witnessed first-hand how the ownership of high-quality businesses, the power of compound interest, and a well-designed financial plan can improve people’s lives. Brown has a degree in business administration with honors from the University of Georgia. He completed the CIMA® designation at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and completed the requirements to become a CFP® by the College for Financial Planning.

Brown's volunteer and leadership activities include serving as a Trustee of the University of Georgia Foundation and as a board member of the University's Terry College of Business Alumni Board. Besides, he was a long-time coach in the Arlington County NFL Youth Flag Football program. In the early 2000s, Chris chaired the board of St. Luke’s House, Inc., the most extensive mental health agency in Montgomery County, MD. Chris and his wife Stacey have two sons, Jack and George, and live in Arlington, VA.
