Ron Khormaei is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in business management, engineering, and product development. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, he has held leadership positions at large multinationals as well as growing small companies, successfully driving new business creation and securing external funding. Ron's expertise lies in structuring growing global engineering organizations, driving aggressive growth in the Consumer, Commercial, and Medical markets. He has delivered numerous successful products, such as audio devices, printers, and displays, across diverse industries. Ron has also initiated and managed international programs and led global virtual development teams in Asia and Europe. He founded and served as CEO of STEELPORT Knife Co. and FINEX Cast Iron Cookware Co. and held executive roles at Accel Robotics, Ossia Inc., SawStop, Logitech, and Hewlett-Packard. In addition to being an experienced leader, Ron is also an adjunct associate professor at Portland State University and Oregon State University, where he teaches business and engineering.
