Paweł Lipkowski is a corporate finance and investment professional with a keen interest in venture capital and the transformative power of startups.

Currently, Paweł serves as the Head of Finance and Operations at Sunfish Partners, a German-Polish VC fund focusing on supporting Polish B2B startups at the seed stage.

His extensive background blends advisory, investment banking, and experience from PFR Ventures to enhance the Polish VC ecosystem and foster its expansion.

Paweł possesses practical expertise in private and public capital markets, specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the TMT and Finance sectors, as well as conducting valuation and due diligence projects. He also imparts knowledge as a Guest M&A Lecturer at two MBA programs.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paweł indulges in running, traveling, and sharing knowledge.

His educational journey includes a Masters in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and studies in Corporate Finance at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

Prior to his current role, Paweł held various positions such as Visiting Lecturer at MBA programs, Investment Director at Alior Bank SA, Chairman of the Management Board at RBL_VC Sp. z o.o., and roles at PFR Ventures, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, among others.
