Jay Bower
Jay Bower is a seasoned strategist with broad experience in integrating brand, digital, and direct marketing. With a strong track record in working with Fortune 100 companies and start-ups, he has helped clients across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, fintech, and consumer goods and services. He serves on the Advisory Boards of multiple firms and is the Co-Chairman and founder of AkarAsia, which provides policy and strategy services in Asia using digital intelligence, activation, and advocacy.
Previously, Jay served as Vice President and Co-founder of the e-business consultancy Prescients, where he helped build online strategies for companies such as PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Gartner Group, Century 21, and Verizon. He also helped IBM develop web-based relationships with its largest corporate clients and directed continuity and customer relationship marketing programs for Bantam Doubleday Dell, Newbridge Communications, and Waldenbooks.
Jay has a B.A. in Philosophy from Colgate University, an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business, New York University, and completed the e-B2B Program at Harvard Business School. He is an Advisory Board member for several organizations, including CEO Challenges and is an alumni mentor in the Langone Mentor Program at NYU Stern School of Business.
