He has a solid background in Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. He is a passionate leader and organization builder fully committed to making a positive impact on people, society, and the environment. Andre believes in continuously growing his leadership skills and technical knowledge while inspiring those who work with him. He enjoys leading and motivating diverse teams and is creative, easy adaptable to new environments, and an excellent problem solver. Andre is fluent in English and German, and he speaks basic Mandarin and French.

Andre's expertise includes mastery in Innovation Leadership, Startups Management, and Portfolio & Program Management. He has technical knowledge in Technology Commercialization, Engineering, CleanTech, Lifespan Health, Advanced materials, Appliances, and Manufacturing processes. Andre is a former Mentor at NUS Graduate Research Innovation Programme, FasterCapital, and German Accelerator Southeast Asia. He also served as a Technical Advisor for NRF Central Gap Fund at National Research Foundation Singapore (NRF). He co-founded Budding Innovations Pte. Ltd. and served as its Managing Director. Andre has also served as the CEO and COO of EcoWorth Tech Pte. Ltd. and Senior Innovation Portfolio & Initiative Leader/Business Planning Leader Fabric Care Asia, and Innovation Leader Personal Health Care Asia at Procter & Gamble.
