Milton Roye is a seasoned executive with almost three decades of business development, marketing, program management, finance, and engineering experience in various industries such as manufacturing, IT, and engineering. He is currently the Director of Executive Recruiting at Management Business Solutions, a professional staffing firm based in Grand Rapids, MI, that provides customized staffing solutions to meet clients' unique needs. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in global corporations such as General Motors/Delphi Automotive, Tata Automotive Components, and Weidmann Plastics Technology AG.

Milton is a serial intrapreneur and entrepreneur who has successfully led or been involved with five start-ups and four customer-turnarounds/market expansions over the last 20 years. He has an impressive educational background, having studied SB in Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. He has also served as a member of the Corporation for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Institute’s Board of Trustees, and on the Education Fund Board of the Michigan League of Conservation Voters.

Milton is also known for his involvement in MI Innovation Alliance, a team that partners with STEM.org and SAE International to organize and promote forums for identifying, spotlighting, and facilitating the rapid commercialization of innovative technologies globally. He co-founded the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes and was also the interim Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth.
