Omer Pinsker has spent over 20 years in the field of cyber-security, with a focus on cyber defense from the perspective of cyber offensive specialists. He has extensive experience managing technological crises and handling cyber incident response (CIRT), as well as developing tailored cyber defense solutions like SOC and DFIR labs, Incident Response plans, and more. He has worked at CyGov - Cyber Security for Governments & Utilities as a Senior Cyber Defense Specialist, as well as former roles as CSO, Senior Consultant Engineer at TripleT, and Network & Security Pre-sale Eng. at 012 Golden Lines. Before this, Omer was Backbone Team- Data Eng. at Gilat Satcom and Network Technician and Team Leader at Navy, IDF.

Omer earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Electricity and Communication and his Master of Science (M.Sc.), Technological Management specializing in information technology from the Holon Institute of Technology.

As Founder & CEO at OP Innovate, Omer continues to welcome new challenges in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity. He is a Certified Incident Handler and a Certified Ethical Hacker.
