Kevin Barrett is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with a background in tactical training and speciality ammunition manufacturing. He currently serves as Commander-SWAT at Terre Haute Police Department overseeing SWAT operational deployments, training, equipment, and day-to-day operations. As former Co-Owner and President International Sales at Engel Ballistic Research, Kevin focused on developing supersonic and subsonic expanding, fracturing, and frangible ammunition products. Additionally, he previously served as President at the International Tactical Officers Training Association (ITOTA), an LLC focused on providing global tactical communities with training and information sharing opportunities.

Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and administrative skills. He has studied at Indiana State University, gaining a strong academic background, and honing his expertise in the field of law enforcement.
