Oscar Olle is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in Human Resources. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's degree in HRM from EAE Business School. Additionally, he studied Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona and has a strong educational foundation in these fields. Oscar has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, including Ulabox, where he currently serves as the CHO (Chief Happiness Officer). Prior to his current position, he was an HR Representative at Fundació Aymar i Puig and was involved in HR Development at UPC Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Oscar has also worked as an HR Consultant at AdQualis Human Results, as the Recruitment Responsible for Catalonia & North Spain at HumanGroup (Eurovendex), and as an HR Trainee at ATOS Origin.
