Steph Mellor is a human-centred design expert, coach, and facilitator. With a focus on user experience, change, leadership, and performance, Mellor utilizes design thinking practices with knowledge of human behavior and team dynamics to drive organizational and individual transformation. Mellor has a soft spot for those labeled as misfits, introverts, and corporate outcasts. Furthermore, Mellor has extensive experience working with millennials, geeks, ambiverts, and night owls. Mellor is well-versed in International Coaching Federation accreditation, organizational coaching, business leadership, and Japanese linguistics, sociology. Mellor has worked in varying capacities with numerous organizations such as The Meliorist, Paper Giant, General Assembly, DigIO, Huddle, ThinkPlace, Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, and Department of Defense of Australia, and Optus. Mellor currently lives and works on the land of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin nation, paying respects to the indigenous people and recognizing that sovereignty was never ceded.
