Define and roll out a Customer journey to o	Position Atos as Trusted partner for Customers Digital Transformation (8,5/10 CSAT) o	Support Atos Customers Digital Transformation strategy and go to market (70% key accounts coverage) o	Improve customer experience to create impactful direct conversations from Executives to Development teams Organize and execute client workshops (200 clients workshops out of 290 events) o	Host and support Executive meetings o	Lead the Design Thinking process for Atos customers with markets subject matter experts and Scientific Community members o	Define customers workshops agenda with customers, sales and Atos content contributorsEnsure demonstrations store environment that consistently follows Atos strategy and includes most impactful demonstrationso	Onboard demonstrations and play them in context and real timeDevelop and implement a marketing strategy for the BTIC Bezons, including BTIC Network  o	Set up and roll out BTIC Sales Enablement events and Internal induction events (Sales breakfasts, Employees BTIC Tours) o	Joint workshops with Atos Global Strategic Alliance partners (Microsoft, Dell, SAP, Cisco, Google) o	Position BTIC Bezons as a reference for BTIC network (9 Worldwide, 35% non-French clients in BTIC Bezons)BTIC managemento	Manage a team of 7 people to deliver client workshops, internal and partner meetings and to create a culture of close teamwork where they feel able to grow in their careers and to generate imaginative and effective solutions to service delivery o	Transform innovation workshops into co-creation workshops POCs oriented (39 POCs in 2017 - 54 in 2018)o	Budget management
