Kristen Bruner has a wealth of experience in human resources, leadership development, and corporate strategy. She has spent over two decades leading and transforming diverse teams at Boeing, driving innovation, and delivering results that elevate talent, business strategy, and culture. Kristen has studied Political Science at the University of California, San Diego, gained a Modern CHRO Program in Human Resources from Cornell University ILR School, and obtained a Master of Science in Strategic Change and Organization Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She has also completed a Presidential/Key Executive MBA in General Business Administration and Management at Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. Kristen is currently the Vice President of Global Services, IT, and Transformation Human Resources at Boeing, having directed numerous other human resources strategies and integration roles in her past.
