Crystal Coache has over a decade of experience in education, DEI, recruitment, and HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development. With a passion for creative problem-solving, people management, professional development, and event design, Crystal is an expert in coaching executives to lead teams that are inclusive, equitable, and just.

Crystal has a background in Political Science, Creative Writing, and Secondary Education from Rutgers University and The Johns Hopkins University. Her professional experience includes roles as Chief Of Staff, Interim VP of Recruitment and Admissions, Director of Talent, Talent Lead, Inspector, Director of Talent and Operations, Director of Recruitment, and Teacher with Urban Teachers, vChief, TPI-US, Allovue, KIPP New Jersey, and Teach For America.

Outside of work, Crystal is an avid storyteller and story consumer, with a love of film, books, and theatre. She is always planning her next trip and enjoys discussing her latest reading.
