Daniel Easton is an educational leader with diverse experiences in the higher education sector. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Denver.

As the current Interim Director of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution at the University of Colorado Boulder, he collaborates with a network of professionals to address and communicate the importance of education and diversity to students. He has completed training courses from Gehring Academy, NaBITA, the Public Agency Training Council, and D. Stafford and Associates on various aspects of student affairs leadership, including interview and interrogation techniques, professionalism, and social justice.

Easton has also held positions as an Associate Director of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, Associate Registrar, Assistant Director, Senior Student Conduct Coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, he has experience in Resident Director and Area Coordinator positions as well as working as an Assistant Teacher at Logan School for Creative Learning.

Currently, he is researching the factors that enable and inhibit leadership in higher education for his dissertation. Easton is currently the Colorado State Coordinator for the Association for Student Conduct Administration, where he facilitates networking and represents the state's needs in the organization.
