Nicolas McCoy is a highly experienced finance professional with a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business. He also studied at the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and graduated from Nyack High School. Throughout his career, Nicolas has held various roles in the finance industry, gaining expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Co-Founder at Whipstitch Capital, a leading investment banking firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for middle-market companies. Before this, he was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Silverwood Partners where he led the finance and operations team and acted as an advisor to clients across various industry sectors. Previously Nicolas also held roles at First Albany Capital, The Hanover Insurance Group, and Wheelabrator Technologies.
