Christopher Frost is a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of experience, specializing in complex commercial and business disputes. He adopts an assertive approach, ensuring his clients receive strong and cost-effective representation.

Chris has a diverse legal background covering antitrust class actions, employment disputes, real estate litigation, entertainment industry conflicts, contract disputes, and more. His client roster includes a wide array of businesses and individuals, ranging from telescope manufacturers to NFL players and music professionals.

Apart from representing clients in various legal matters, Chris offers counsel on labor and employment issues and has acted as Special Litigation Counsel in several bankruptcy cases. He has appeared before esteemed courts like the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals, showcasing his extensive courtroom experience.

In addition to his domestic practice, Chris has served as an expert consultant on American law matters in international litigation. With a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, Chris is well-equipped to tackle a broad spectrum of legal challenges.

Currently serving as a Litigation Partner at Weinberg Gonser LLP, Chris also has a solid professional background having chaired the Litigation department at Eisner, LLP and held positions at reputable firms like O'Melveny & Myers LLP. His legal journey includes a significant role as a Briefing Attorney at the Supreme Court of Texas, highlighting his dedication to legal excellence.
