Karl Munthe-Kaas is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and former management consultant with a strong background in economics and business development. He is the co-founder and CEO of Oda, a fast-growing and highly innovative company that is revolutionizing the grocery industry through the use of data and technology. Karl is a market leader in Norway and is currently scaling operations globally, starting with Finland and Germany. He has also been recognized for his outstanding achievements, having received numerous awards, including "Innovator of the year" and "Entrepreneur of the year."

Karl has a diverse range of experiences that have helped him hone his skills as a business leader, innovator, and strategist. Before founding Oda, he co-founded and was the CoB of Nabobil.no, Norway's first and largest P2P car-sharing service, which was later acquired by Getaround in 2019. He has also worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he gained extensive experience in strategy development, business analysis, and operations improvement. Furthermore, he was also a business developer at Schibsted, where he helped to develop and launch new digital products and services.

In addition to his work at Oda, Karl is an active member of the business community and has is also an advisory board member at Antler. He Studied MSc, Economics, and Political Sciences; Industrial Economics at London School of Economics and BA, Economics, Top 2,5% of class at the University of Oslo (UiO).
