Rachel Scava is a seasoned businesswoman, attorney, and operations leader with over a decade of experience in company development, team building, remote and hybrid work model management, and scaling business growth. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Fully Accountable, an outsourced full-service accounting firm that helps eCommerce and digital business owners through fractional CFO and accounting services. Rachel studied Juris Doctorate Law at the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology at John Carroll University. She is an expert in improving financial fluency and operating accounting back offices as a profit center. Under her leadership, Fully Accountable has won several awards, including two consecutive years on the INC 5000 list and recognition as one of the top five outsourced accounting firms by CFO Tech Outlook. Previously, Rachel served as the Chief Operating Officer at Total Team and Associate Counsel & Director of Human Resources at VMV Management, Inc. and as a Law Clerk at Ohio Wealth Law.
