John Textor is an entrepreneur and industry pioneer, widely renowned for his work in Holographic Entertainment. He is the Founder and CEO of Facebank, Inc. and was formerly the Executive Chairman of fuboTV, Inc. He was featured in Forbes Magazine as "Hollywood's Virtual Reality Guru" in 2016, and was responsible for creating the groundbreaking Virtual Tupac performance at the 2012 Coachella music festival.
With a passion for technology and entertainment, John has had a diverse career, serving in multiple executive roles across various industries. He was the Co-Chairman of Digital Domain, leading the visual effects company responsible for the stunning visuals in Transformers, Tron: Legacy, and Thor. He was also an early technology investor and supported Art Technology Group, a pioneering internet personalization technology company that achieved a $10.5 billion valuation in 1999.
As the former Chairman and principal owner of Sims Snowboards, the world's second-leading snowboard brand, John also created the World Snowboarding Championship.
John is a graduate of Wesleyan University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is currently the Co-Owner of Crystal Palace Football Club.
