At Unbounce, I led the recruitment efforts helping to identify top technical, executive, and other talent with particular focus on creating a rigorous, agile, yet warm interview process where mutual learning and connection for both candidates and company were essential. I also conducted company-wide interview training to help minimize unexpected biases, craft impactful questions, and reinforce the importance of approaching candidates with kindness and transparency. This approach ultimately helped preserve company culture, attracted more engaged team members, and lowered costs.
