Steven Church

Steven Church is a skilled lawyer with a diverse background in commercial contracts, deals, financial regulation, FinTech, and cyber law. He possesses a strong legal foundation coupled with a Computer Science education from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.

Steven's educational journey includes a Master of Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD in Law from Columbia Law School, a BS in Business from Cornell University, and an A.A. in Accounting and Business Management from Montgomery College.

With a wealth of experience, Steven currently serves as the Managing Partner at Church LLP - Fractional GC Practice, where he demonstrates his expertise in legal matters. Previously, he held the position of VP-Legal at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at both Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and K&L Gates.
