His professional journey includes working in the Automobile, Metals, Retail, and E-Commerce sectors, where he honed his operational excellence skills using data analytics and lean management principles. Mitesh is a graduate of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, where he completed his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. He then went on to earn a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and studied Business Administration and Management at the Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' in Milan, Italy.
